What do I have to do to rent Haidy O Flower walls, arches or flowers?


First of all thank you for considering Haidy O Flowers for your special event. To proceed with your rental: STEP 1: Please fill out the contact form dedicated for the type of event you have. If you don't find the exact event, you can use the custom orders options contact form or send us an email at hof@haidyoflowers.com. Use the message area to share any information that may help explain your event. STEP 2: Using the contact form, schedule a meeting at our showroom located at 113 N High St, West Chester, PA 19380, where you can see our flower walls and color selections. STEP 3: Contract plus 50% deposit is due to secure date. (Payment plans arrangement available on appointment day also) STEP 4: Coordinate with event planner on venue delivery time and pick up. STEP 5: Final payment is due three months prior to event.




How COVID-19 social distancing measures affect Haidy O Flowers rental procedure?


We understand that times are difficult and procedures are changing based on a new "normal". Due to social distancing our showroom is close. However, we are sending swatches of colors by mail in case you need them to decide about colors for your rental. Please send us an email to hof@haidyoflowers.com with any question, request or concern and we will be glad to help you.




Do you have payment plans available?


Yes! We do. We have 3 months, 4 months and 6 months payment plan available. Please let us know if you need to apply for any of our plans.




Do you have services for party decorations available?


Yes, we do. You can use our add on programs for that. We have packages depending on your needs. If interested please send us an email to hof@haidyoflowers.com for quotes.




It's delivery included on rental prices?


Yes, delivery is included up to 12 miles from Chester Springs, PA.
